- The significance of this work is to further the understanding of how affect metrics and politeness impact code acceptance in an organisation and ultimately product time to market. The paper is an international work and was written in collaboration with authors from the University of Stuttgart (Germany) and the University of Cagliari (Italy). The work is being used for a Research grant proposal for building a prototype of a system that will use the model developed in the study.
