- This book provides a law and policy analysis over the complex topic of nuclear energy. Such a study demands a high level of interdisciplinary knowledge owing to the need to understand nuclear science which this book displays. Further, the multi-layered legal perspective from international to national and local issues encompasses a large research data from the EU (the EU itself, Romania and the UK) and the US (the Federal system, Georgia, Texas and Pennsylvania). Finally, this study involved near 100 expert interviews across the EU and US and incorporated this into the research alongside doctrinal and interdisciplinary legal analysis.
