- This paper is one of two publications from the PhD work of Agius, who was Sansom's PhD student. Sansom devised the PhD project and supervised it as main supervisor. She guided Agius through the data analysis and interpretation. After Agius graduated and left astronomy, Sansom led the paper to submission, writing text, making figures and carrying out statistical analysis, particularly incorporating non-detections. Sansom led the subsequent revisions and all correspondence with MNRAS.
