- Double-weighted statement
- This monograph traces the evolution of national then international protection of geographical indications of origin of products from medieval times to the 2000s. The research is highly interdisciplinary, and encompasses many historical and spatial (local/regional/national and international) contexts, ranging from from Australian beef to Swiss watches. It is based on the collection and analysis of a voluminous quantity of primary sources in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland and United States, as well as reports from the International Bureau for the Protection of Intellectual Property, World Intellectual Property Organisation, and the Association Internationale pour la protection de la Propriete Industrielle.
