- The monograph is an extended and complex piece of work which is the result of sustained research efforts. 2 years were spent writing it (including one semester research leave), and it draws on research activity dating back to 2012. The monograph draws together different and diverse areas of law (IP, climate change, public law, trade and investment) and makes theoretical and more practical proposals for both courts and Parliaments/policy makers.
