- The project to digitize in full this journal volume began in 2008 with 3 editors working collaboratively in the UK and Germany. The edition was relocated to Glasgow in 2013 (mze.gla.ac.uk), and from 2014 to 2018 a search function was added, along with a full critical apparatus including explanatory notes, sources, bibliography and biographical information on contributors. Introductory essays have been added to each volume. Digital copies of previously unpublished material from the rare first edition of the journal, along with commentaries, have been added to the website.
