- Additional information
- The Oxford Handbook was co-edited by Rachel Willie, Helen Smith and Kevin Killeen. Each editor served as main section editor for two sections and secondary section editor for another two sections and copy editor for the final two sections, meaning that every editor had some editorial capacity over each essay in the collection. Willie was responsible for the sections on ‘Translations’ and ‘The Bible and Literature' and she wrote the section introductions for these parts.
