- Additional information
- This research identified vulnerabilities (replay and MITM attacks) in a state-of-the-art authentication protocol in the Vehicle-to-Grid domain by prominent authors (Gope and Sikdar). This work can be extended in a variety of application areas such as in wireless healthcare sensor networks, IoT network management and security of demand response programs. The research has led to current collaboration on a funding proposal with Manchester Metropolitan University and Thales as an industrial partner and focused on a security framework for a smart vehicle ecosystem.
