- This longer-form output reports an extensive and complex piece of research. It draws on a substantial body of data collected in 2015 from over 10,000 participants working in libraries, archives, records, information and knowledge management (i.e. across all the information professions) for in-depth analysis, resulting in the production of the detailed 186-page report. At the time of its completion, work on this scale had not previously been attempted in the domain anywhere in the world. As such, the design and implementation of the empirical work required particular attention as part of the sustained effort of the project team.
