- The paper was produced in collaboration with Dr. Radu Calinescu (University of York) and two Brazilian institutions, using a real system as concrete case study. It was developed in the context of the Smart Metropolis project by UFRN/Brazil.
Its results have been used to build a system currently in use by IFRN/Brazil to monitor its business processes having detected real anomalous behaviours and providing the opportunity for the institution to improve its processes. The findings have been used to establish an ongoing collaboration for new analysis techniques using real data.
