- This paper presents the development process of a high-accuracy, fast, and dynamic energy simulation model, which is generated based on a novel method with combination of statistical sampling and energy modelling. This paper provides fundamental knowledge as well as a practical tool, for governmental and industrial stakeholders to apply into the existing Energy Housing Surveys dataset of UK for policy making purposes.
