- This was a multi-component programme study within the NIHR Programme Grants for Applied Research. The author, Prof Chris Burton was co-applicant and co-investigator. He led the soft systems elements of the study, co-led the process evaluation, and sat on the Management Group. Structured in line with the Medical Research Council framework for evaluation of complex interventions, this was a 2-phase study and the author’s extensive contribution to this complex study included all analysis, interpretation of results, and the drafts of study outputs
