- This conceptual work has practical applications in the lightweighting of structures subjected to impact loading such car body structures. It was performed as part of an APC7 Innovate UK project with end users Jaguar Land Rover and Gestamp UK directly involved in the project, the outcomes of this project feeds directly into the development of future vehicles.
