- This work reviews the critical QA process of virtual university model. It suggests enhancements on how the university transformed its QA operations to virtual. It enacted changes to Arden’s QA processes [1]. Helped formulate an approach to handling the QAA accreditation [2]. Led to several follow-up papers: pervasive learning, information flow, virtual classroom and exams [3] used by [4]. During COVID-19 pandemic, many moved QA operations online, thus accumulating paper interest.
