- Investigates the important and significant topic of the temporal dynamics of energy demand, and the solution was validated using the real-world data from a Smart Grid pilot project. It was nominated for appearance in the “The IE Technology News (ITeN)” which “provides the extended abstracts of a few timely, thought-provoking articles from IES transactions, magazine and conference proceedings periodically”. http://www.ieee-ies.org/pubs/ie-technology-news. Based on this work, the author Akshay Uttama Nambi was awarded his PhD at Delft University of Technology, working now for Microsoft Research.
