- Tanvir was a member of the writing team, and led VINROUGE, one of the six major collaborations that independently discovered the electromagnetic counterpart to the binary neutron star merger reported in the paper. He contributed to text (specifically writing parts of section 2.3, and contributing to the editing more widely), figure 2 and photometric analysis (particularly VISTA, VLT and HST data).
