- Double-weighted statement
- This is a research monograph of approximately 110,000 words. It consists of a single, sustained philosophical argument and is the culmination of five years' work. The six main chapters of the book all contain material at least equivalent to that of a substantial journal article. The book includes, in significantly revised form, material from five full-length articles and chapters that were published elsewhere. All of these were written and accepted for publication during or after the year 2014. None of those publications are included in this REF submission and so there is no duplication of material.
