- Double-weighted statement
- This output merits double-weighting because it results from a sustained research period in a complex area, leading to an exploration of property in terms of spatial disruption and identity rather than considering it solely within conventional socio-legal contexts. Using a variety of legal, asylum and other case studies "Subversive Property" presents new perspectives on a wide range of issues such as settler colonialism, migration and inheritance. By considering property in relation to these different contexts, and by virtue of the depth of its underlying research, this output thus makes an important contribution to understanding a wide range of socio-legal issues.
