- Cold Case Reviews DNA, Detective Work and Unsolved Major Crimes is a book based on unique and extended access to a major crime review team tasked with solving unsolved murders and sexual violence, as well as numerous interviews with experts and practitioners, and analysis of police case files, as part of a three-year PhD research project. The monograph provides the first and only ethnographic account of cold case reviews in the UK and is published in the prestigious Clarendon Studies in Criminology, which recognises outstanding theoretical and empirical work in criminology and criminal justice.
