- Cyber Espionage and International Law is a 110,000-word monograph that was started in October 2014 and submitted for publication in June 2018. It represents the first book-length analysis of how international law applies to cyber espionage, and deals with a diverse range of international law including general principles, diplomatic and consular law, international human rights law, WTO law, and the law of collective security. The monograph goes beyond a strict doctrinal analysis of international law to cyber espionage. Specifically, it defines the practice of cyber espionage, presents its technological features and assesses its impact on international peace and security.
