- This is a single-authored monograph of 225 pages. It arises from original research, part of which was funded by the Classical Theism Project at the University of St. Thomas sponsored by the John Templeton Foundation. It took approximately five years to conduct the research. It was the undertaking of a complex and extended process of creative investigation on how perennial challenges for theism can be overcome by developing a unique notion of God as a maximal being.
