- The work helped to underpin the award of the FIESTA-IoT grant (H2020 no:643943, €5.5 million, 13 European and 1 Korean collaborators) to build an integrated global IoT infrastructure where IoT data is openly available for testing and experimentation. This research also led to the development of the open-source model-interop testing tool (https://github.com/fiesta-iot/model-interop) which was used by four SMEs, three universities and four research organisations to overcome real-world technical challenges to automate integration of their IoT systems with the FIESTA-IoT platform.
