- This work led to the University being invited to join EMTD Ltd and the Czech Academy of Sciences in the successful bid for an EU project funded under Horizon 2020 Clean Sky 2 scheme. The awarded project is called "Blade Tip Timing Simulator" (BATISTA) (596k Euros, 126k to Manchester, 2019-2021). This paper’s findings were referenced in the grant application. A follow-on EPSRC bid (with EMTD Ltd) has just been submitted.
