- It is the first report to elucidate the aging role of solvents on the electrocatalytic activity of 2D-dichalcogenides materials. It also provides new insights into the electrochemical activation on the catalytic performance of 2D WS2 for HER. This research is the result of an international collaboration with Peking University (UK-China Joint Research and Innovation Partnership Fund) and an industrial collaboration with a UK company (2D-Tech Versarien Ltd.) which specializes in 2D materials. It led to participation on Editorial board of Nano Materials Science and membership to review panel for the Graphene Flagship.
