- The Politics of Football in Yugoslavia is the culmination of a decade of archival research, interviews and fieldwork in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia-Hercegovina. Based on a UEA-funded Ph.D, it builds upon little-known domestic historiographies and a rich variety of new source material predominantly in Serbian or Croatian. Integrating official party documents and reports, magazines, photographic evidence, and immersive investigation, the book uses interdisciplinary methods to analyse and convey developments across former Yugoslav republics.
