- This research, funded by a NERC/RSC studentship (£70k; NE/J01/7671) and led by the corresponding author (Reddy), subsequently led to an invitation to deliver a Keynote Lecture (Affinity 2017; Paris). The research was supported by two PhD students under the supervision of Reddy; one student was subsequently appointed to the role of post-doctoral fellow under the same supervisor on a Wellcome Trust seed fund grant. (£98k; 108003/A/15/Z). The study was noticed by Inoxia Ltd who have highlighted Reddy’s MIP research in order to support sales of their sieve materials to the MIP R&D community.
