- This paper was accepted on 8th August, at which time the author was told that the publisher was having problems and that it would be "at least several weeks" before receiving the proofs. On enquiring in October, they were unable to advise further. The publisher advertises a 74 day average period from acceptance to online publication, and their website as at October 2020 (i.e. after Covid) still quotes 7 weeks as typical. The journal is published monthly.
