- Double-weighted statement
- The book represents an in-depth study of two papyrological archives of complex legal documents in multiple languages, the understanding of which also entails detailed knowledge of several different ancient legal traditions and contexts (Jewish, Greek and Roman). The work ranges across three scholarly disciplines - Ancient History, Jewish Studies and Law – in multiple modern languages, and thus required and extended period of research time (three years dedicated research time during a PhD and post-doctoral position) to bring to completion. The complexity of the material and the multi-disciplinary nature of the argument thus underlies the request for double-weighting.
