- B5G network should achieve system capacity > 1000 times in terms of data and user density (the Internet of Things and Nano-Things). In the search for even more bandwidth, this research is one of the first to analyse the possibility of using terahertz (THz) frequency range to improve bandwidth and throughput gain and importantly review the full system performance with antennas. It is the first time that THz-band communication deployed in key wireless technology will satisfy real-time traffic demand for mobile heterogeneous network (MHN) systems by diminishing the spectrum scarcity and capacity limitations of current wireless systems.
