- Criminal Justice and Taxation is a substantial (120,000 words) monograph on an important but relatively unexplored area. The monograph took up the majority of a sabbatical for 2015-16 together with sustained periods before and after. Many fast moving areas of law are covered in additional to substantive tax law. The research crosses disciplines and between law and criminology. It also contains substantial novel historical research. In addition to much original work, the book is an updated and reworked version of a wealth of the author?s earlier work spanning almost 20 years, culminating in this extended publication.
