- Double-weighted statement
- This is a long-form output (approximately 80,000 words) that draws on data collected from over five years of field research (analysis of performances, two practice research theatre projects and an observational study of medical schools) along with scholarship from discrete fields of research literature in performances studies and the medical humanities. The process of synthesising this vast, interdisciplinary and multi-modal material in order to generate original insights, and of forging a novel ‘chimeric’ form through which share them, was especially effortful.
