- Additional information
- The volume was developed out of two conferences in 2016 and 2017 of which Stack was the main organizer. Stack is lead editor of the volume, which involved selecting the participant authors, editing all chapters, liaising with contributing authors during the editing process, and finalizing the copy prior to publication. He is lead author of the introduction, and sole author of the first chapter, which is based on substantial empirical and theoretical research.
