- At over 200,000 words, this monograph represents over 10 years of analytical work by its authors, who worked collaboratively on, and share responsibility for, the whole text. Funding from the ESRC and UACES, along with reflective teaching in the UK and across Europe, fed into the work. Widely accepted as the source of the field of EU health law, this book brings together technical doctrinal analysis in a huge range of topics, into a coherent conceptual and thematic whole, and draws out the implications for health policy and practice as well as for the discipline.
