- This paper is a publication from the project "Collaborative Intelligence Analysis" led by Norman, a collaboration with UCLA and Honeywell, funded jointly by UK MoD and US DoD through the NIS ITA programme. The project focussed on the development of algorithms and techniques to support analytics in military intelligence domains, where the identification of located events from open sourced or crowdsourced data is a significant challenge. Research from this project was identified by both US and UK governments as a key highlight from the 10-year programme.
