- This paper designed a pure S cathode sandwiched between two graphene membranes to achieve ultrafast charge/discharge and long-life Li-S batteries. The work has been presented as keynote talks at RPGR 2014 and other conferences, and led to an invention patent and also the award of one of the Excellent Ph. D Dissertations to Dr. Guangmin Zhou from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This work together with other studies has led to a prototype Li-S battery production line for industrialization.
