- The abstract for this work (comprising a text and 22 photographs of sculptures) frames its research questions, process and context. The Journal Place was chosen as the most suitable platform for dissemination offering an enduring non-hierarchical context for text and material practice to coexist as a single 'object'. The sculptures (made over four and a half years) and text were also due to be exhibited at the Ecole de Recherche Graphique (ERG) - Bruxelles in March 2020 with other work by Punt. Unfortunately, the risks involved in travel at that time made it unwise for me to deliver the sculptures as planned. A subsequent presentation of the issues at stake in the exhibition for this work was published in a dialogue at: https://www.place-plateforme.com/exposition1/michael-punt-2.html
