- Outcome of EPSRC project 'Materials by Design for Impact in Aerospace Engineering'. Introduces a new method for handling general constraints and other design variables in classic level-set topology optimisation. Versions of this method have been used by several groups, including the Shape Optimization group at Centre de Mathematiques Appliquees (Ecole Polytechnique, Prof. Allaire) and several of their collaborators, and the M2DO group at University of California, San Diego, led by Prof. Kim.
