- This book sets out the results of an extended AHRC-funded project which lasted over 4 years from drafting initial funding proposal to publication. It involved collaboration with rapporteurs from 27 Member States, and organisation of an initial methodology workshop and a project Conference to ensure consistency and coherence in approach. The book provides the first comprehensive study of private enforcement and collective redress across the full European Union and represents an in-depth, rigorous and dense analytical account of a wide dataset of empirical research from every EU Member State over a ten-year period involving extensive efforts in compilation and analysis.
