- The work describes a novel circuit to measure skin impedance that could be used to evaluate and compare the electrical properties of normal and abnormal Epidermis, hence providing the possibility of the early detection of skin cancer. The circuit offers a quick, non-invasive and painless procedure, thus having considerable advantages over the currently used approach, which is based upon the testing of a biopsy sample.
