- The exceptional contribution of J. M. Lindert to this study is reflected in the fact that, contrary to the standard practice of listing authors in alphabetic order in the field of high-energy particle physics phenomenology, it was decided to list him as first author of the paper. The paper represents an extensive collaborative effort involving the leading theory groups in the field of precision collider phenomenology and several ATLAS and CMS experimental groups. The project was initiated, driven and coordinated by J. M. Lindert who also developed the methodology of the presented crucial uncertainty estimates.
