- This volume provides the first detailed account of the main monuments and finds at Pantalica, a Unesco World Heritage archaeological site in Sicily. It includes a discussion of the history of research, the analysis of the excavated finds from the tombs, and a comprehensive illustrated catalogue. The volume was edited and mainly written by RL, with co-authored contributions from one other writer. RL's contribution comprises 5 sole-authored chapters (50 pages), one co-authored chapter (9 pages), and the co-authored catalogue (113 pages).

- The book was originally planned as a co-editorship, but the second editor withdrew for personal reasons after the project started, so it was edited by Robert Leighton in its entirety. Chapters 6 and 8 are jointly authored, with responsibility shared equally between the two authors.
