- This research presents a novel form of spectrum sensing by deriving decision thresholds with finite numbers of sensing samples using the bivariate Mellin transform. This paper was instrumental in the award of two collaborative projects: a £72.5K British Council UKIERI project with NIT, Trichy India (UCG-UKIERI 2016-17-058, 2017-20); and £35K funding from MBDA (https://www.mbda-systems.com [Contact available], 2017-20) for a project involving picture mapping using passive radio-frequency sensing.
