- This 280-page monograph systemises and critically analyses the European Union Courts’ jurisprudence on evidence standards in competition proceedings. The book is the result of more than five years of research and required the collection, organisation and examination of a large body of primary sources (over 400 sources), mainly case law (judgments from the General Court, Court of Justice and AG Opinions, as well as judgments from the ECtHR and others), and also EU legislation, soft law (Commission Guidelines, Best Practices etc.). Drawing on these materials, this work produces a typology of evidence standards in competition proceedings at the EU level.
