- Goad provided expertise on the photoionisation modelling of the Broad Emission Line Region, in particular estimates of the broad emission-line and diffuse continuum band contributions to the measured delay signature. He provided substantive comments on section 4.2, in particular to the likely delay contributions of diffuse continuum, based on our understanding of its physical dependencies, likely formation radius, and fractional contribution. He contributed to the discussions on which bands to exclude when fitting the disc delay contributions, based on the knowledge of the broad line region contributions, and on how to best represent the variations, i.e. rms or variable spectrum.
