- Stack is the lead editor and single author of the substantial introduction (8870 words) as well as the single author of a chapter (11557 words). Stack was also the lead organizer of the CINEFOGO workshop held in 2009, the British Academy conference held in 2010 (with BA funding ) and a workshop at the centre of Citizenship, Civil Society and Rule of Law (which Stack directs) held in 2012. The volume itself was the product of this series of conferences.
