- This output was the product of interdisciplinary research across both philosophy and theology. Taking two years to write, it consists of approximately 92,000 words. It was based on numerous scholarly sources from a variety of subdisciplines, used to produce an integrated, constructive exposition of Church doctrine that responds to pressing questions as well to the needs of churches in their preaching, and to teaching institutions in their work of religious education.
