- This paper arose from an EPSRC award (EP/M012700/1) and led to an invited talk at the international workshop on Synthetic Methods across the Graphene Flagship, Tenerife in 2017 and an invitation to write a chapter part on a review article (2D Materials, 7, 022001 (2020)). Moreover, this work has led two invited conference presentations (Graphene Week, 2016, and UK Semiconductors, 2016). Further development of this work resulted in a successful publication (2D Materials, 5, 035026 (2018)), as well as a successful application for an EPSRC Strategic Equipment grant (EP/T019018/1).
