- The first analysis of blockchain to provide secure spectrum trading. The concept of consortium based blockchains, which balance the degree to which a blockchain is public or private, is introduced in this context. The work arises from a multiway collaboration between authors at University of York, PLA Army Engineering University, China and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China. The methodology developed for analysing the security of the system has recently been adopted in a smart parking system exploiting blockchain research, by researchers in the USA and Saudi Arabia.
