- This output collected original data about British and German users of ombudsmen, generated during a three-year ESRC funded study. Data on people’s understandings of informal justice was analysed through over 3000 survey responses and about 50 interviews. The 192 page book synthesises the new data and existing scholarship and suggests innovative theoretical and empirical approaches to informal justice in Europe.
