- Presents a novel approach for incorporating explicit knowledge into neural networks. The work is accomplished through international collaboration with colleagues from Zhejiang and Shanghai Universities (both being elit research-intensive institutions in China). Published in ESA, the leading outlet for applied AI. This work has motivated a good number of follow-on developments, including research carried out by internationally recognised groups at: Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; University of Massachusetts Lowell, USA; University of Vigo, Spain; Yonsei University, Korea; and University of Waterloo, Canada.
